This is a very stripped-down blog (or whatever else) layout that takes cues from e-readers and the reader view feature that some browsers have. It's completely text-based, and if you want to change colors or fonts, you only need to look at the first few chunks of the CSS to do it.
If you use Zonelets, the stylesheet is 100% compatible with the base HTML, so you only need to copy the stuff between the <style> tags in the source code into the CSS file of your website. If you don't use Zonelets, you can copy the entire source and proceed as normal. There are some bits of CSS in there that are primarily for Zonelets-compatibility; they can be safely removed or ignored depending on how confident you are with poking around in the code.
